and the Point of Beginning of the lands herein
described:
From said Point of Beginning, cont~inue South 89
deg. 37 min, East, 26.6 feet, to a point on the
Meander Line of the west shore of Indian River,
as shown in U. S, Government Survey executed in
, 1844-45, of Section 34, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; thence South
19 deg. 45 min. East, along said U. S. Scrvey
Meander Line, 114.97 feet, to a point; thence
North 89 deg. 37 min. West, 28.3 feet, to an iron
pipe; thence along the eastern most line of the
property described in aforesaid deed from Charles
T. Bent, Sr. to Edson Arnold and Louis Fischer
run thence North 18 deg. 54 min. West, 114.94 feet,
to the Point of Beginning; including riparian
rights in Indian River.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and
claim whatsoever of the said First Party, either in law or equity, -
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Second
; Party forever. ~
