TAIS WARRANTY DEED made the 2nd day of May, A. D. 1968, by
FORT PIERCE INDUSTRIES, INC. , a dissolved Florida corporation con-
tinued as a body corporate for the purpose of sel2ing and conveying its
property, acting by and through HAROLD J. PROTNA, H, C. DAVLS, -
MARY C~ DAVIS, J~ C. B, DAVIS and J, K~ KIRKPATRICK, being the
Directors of the corporation at the time of dissolution and constituting the
Board of Trustees for the property owned by such dissolved corporation,
as Grantor, to MLSSIflN GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation with
mailing address at Post Office Box 1207, Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450,
as Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "Grantee" '
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETA; WHEREAS, Fort Pierce Industries, Inc., on July
15, 1962, executed its ten (10) year lease with option to purchase the
hereinafter described real property, which option has been assigned to
and exercised by the Grantee hereof; and
WHEREAS, Fart Pierce Industries, Inc. , continued as a corporation
until the 7th day of June, A. D. 1966, on which date a Proclamation was

issued by the Governor of the State of Florida dissolving said corporation F

as will more fuZly appear by Certificate of the Secretary of State of the
State of Florida hereunto attached; and
WAEREAS, Section 508.30 (1), Florida Statates, continues Fort
Pierce Industries, Ine., a body corporate for three years after dissolution
