for the purpose of selling and conveying its property and dividing the net
remaining assets among the stockholders; and
WHEREAS, Section 608. 30 (2)(a), Florida Statutes, provides that
the Directors of the corporation at the time of dissolution shall be and con-
stitute a Board of Trustees for the property owned by such dissolved cor-
poration;
NOW, THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth that the Grantor herein
for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty- seven ThouDand Five Hundred
($37, 500.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Gra~ee here~in, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The North 296 feet of the East 660. 5 feet of the S- 3/4
of the E 2 of the SE4 of Section 24, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East,- less and except the East 46 feet thereof
for public road.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is law-
fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful
aui~hority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that the said land is free of all encumbrances except taxes
