I, TOM ADAMS, Secretary of State of the State of
Florida, do hereby certify fran the records of this office
that FORT PIERCE INDUSTRIBS, INC., was incorporated under
the Laws of the State of Florida on the 22nd day oE February,
A. D., 1956, and continued as a corporation until the 7th
day of June, A. D., 1966, on which date a Proclamation was
issued by the Governor of the State of Florida dissolving
said corporation for its failure to file in this office its
annual corporation reports and pay its corporation capital
stock tax as required by Law.
