Oberwortmann, 1567 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, or order, the sum of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars (s35,000.00), together with interest from date thereon as hereinafter stated in monthly installments of Threc Hundred Fourteen and 60/100 Dollars ($314.60). The first monthly installment shall be due and payable on ~he lSth day of .Tuly, 1968, and subsequent install- ments shall be due anc~ payable on the lSth day of each and every calen- dar month thereafter until the principal and interest are fully paid. All payments made on this note shall be applied first to the payment of accrued interest on this note and secondly to the payment of the principal hereof, and/or to advances as may be agreed upon between the parties. ~ This obligation shall bear interest from date at the rate of seven per cent (7~) per annum until the principal and interest are fully paid. The maker shall have the privilege of paying the loan in full on t any interest bearing date upon paying as a premim 6~ of the balance due at the time of payment. Thirty days written notice shall be given of prepayment. It is agreed that time is of the essence of this contract, and if default shall be made in the payment of the said sums of money or any part thereof as provided in this note or advances as agreed upon, or if the interest that may become due hereon or any part thereof shall be be- hind and unpaid for a space of 15 days or the taxes on said property have become delinquent, then and from thenceforth it shall be optional with the Payee to consider the whole of said principal sum expressed in this note, with interest, as immediately due and payable and collectible, to- gether with all advances with interest, ~rithout notice to the Maker, its successor, heirs, personal representatives or assigns, and any failure to exercise saad option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the sar,ie at any other time. Installments not paid when due shall bear interest after due date at the rate of nine per cent per an- nu~.
