RI~SQLUTION NO. 68-63
W~RSAS, DSFTEY WILCQX~ MOLLIB WILCOX+ ANNA S. PALTRIDGE~

ANTHONY AUBRSCHT and MARIAN AUBRBCBT have petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida to vacate the
plat of Unit 4 of INDRIO SUBDIVISIUN as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, at page 4 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and
WS$REAS, notice of intention to apply to said Board of County
Coimaissioners to vacate said plat was given by legal notice pub-
lished on May 23 and 30, 1968, in The News Tribune, a daily newa-
paper published in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and
W~REAS, said petitioners have shown conclusively that they
are the owners ~n fee simple of all of the lots and blocks in said
subdivision sougt,t to be vacated and that all taxes for the year
1967 and prior years have been paid.
NOW, TF~REFORE~ BE IT RESOLVSD by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. 3.ucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this
llth day of June, 1968, as follows:

~ 192.30, Florida Statutes, the plat of Unit 4 of Indrio Subdivision

~ as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 4 of the pub-

~ lic recorda of St. Lucie County exQept the riqht-of-way for Michigan
~ 3treet as shown thereon be and the same is hereby vacated, and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to any lands or
interest therein acquired by the dedication of said plat for streets,

~ roads or alleys is hereby renounced and disclaimed, except as above
~
~

~ 2. That a certified copy of this resolution $hall be re- ~
~ corded in the public records fn the office of the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. #
