RIGHT OF WAY AGR$BMENT
THIS AGRSBMRNT made this ~_~day of a- , 1968
by and between RUBY CARLTON T$AGUS, individually and as Rxecutrix
of the Last Wi11 and Testament of WRIGHT W. CARLTON, a/k/a ~W. W.
CARLTON, Deceased, joined by her husband, ffi,MSR TEAGUS; JACQUSLINS
CARLTON R81~iERSWAAL, as guardian of JUANNS $LIZABETH CARLTON,
a minor, and WALTBR CARLTON, a sinqle adult, hereinafter called
the Grantors and ST. LUCIS COTA~ITY, hereiinafter called the County,
W I T N S 3 S F T 8:
WHSREAS, the County has requested the Grantors to donate the
hereinafter described rights of way for the construction of
Carlton Road under the St. Lucie County SecondarK Bond Fund Pro-
gram, and
WHEREAS, the Grantors are agreeable to donating said rights
of way provided the County will do certain things at no expense
to the Grantors as consideration for the conveyance of said
rights of way. -
NOW, THEREFOR~, for ard in consideration of the covenants
and conditions herein contained to be performed by the County,

, it is agreed as folZows:

I. Upon the execution of this Agreement, the
Granto=s shall execute and deliver to the County, subject
to approval of the County Judge of St. Lucie County, a deed
conveying the followinq described rights of way in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
