Point of Beginning; aaid point being the point of
curvature of a curve concave to the Southeast, having ~
a central ancle of 90~, a radiue of 229.19 feet and ~
a lonq chord diatance of 324.12 feetf thence North-
easterly alonq the arc of said curve a distance of ~
360.06 feet more or lesa to the point of tangency an
the North line of said section, said point being 229.19
feet ~ast of the NW corner of said section.
