2. Prior to the construction of the new ditches de-
scribed in paragrapha 3(c~ and 3(d~ the~ Grantors shall
execute and deliver to the County the necessary temporary
construction easements for those portions of said ditches
not located on the road riqht of way.
3. Upon the construction of said road, the County
shall at no cost to the Grantors do the following: ~ ~
ta) Fence the following described rights of way
with 47' woven wire fence with one strand

of barbed wire on top and lightwood posts,
if available:

tions 29 and 32; West side of right of

~ (b~ Fii~ish and install 12 gates and entrance cul-
~ verts at locations to be designated by Grantors,
one of which will give access to the N'~ of Sec-
tion 30.
(c) Replace the existing ditch along the West side
of Section 29 and 32 with a new ditch at ap-
proximately the same elevation and at least
equal capacity, and furnish and install a cul- s
vert, meeting State Road Department speci~ica-
- tions, with controls into Germany Canal. Said
