be reworked and straightened, provided the ~
Grantors will furnish the necessary drainage
easement.
(d) Replace any other existing ditch necessary to
be moved due to road construction with a new
ditch of at least equal capacity. .
~ (e) Clear a 12-foot strip along the Gra~tors~ side
of all right of way fences described in para-
graph 3 Eaj .
