RIGHT OF WAY AGREBM$NT
THIS AGR$FM$NT made this ~•S-~__ day of May, 1968 by and
between BRIAN K. McCARTY and GLADYS P. McCARTY, his wife, here-
inafter called the Grantors and ST. LUCI$ COL~ITY,~hereinafter .
called the County. '

WHSREAS, the County has requested the Grantors to donate
the hereinafter described rights of way for the construction of
Carlton Road under the St. Lucie County 5-Year Projection Second-
ary Road Program.
WSSRSAS, the Grantors are agreeable to donating said rights
of way provided the County will do certain things at no expense
to the Grantors as consideration for the conveyance of said rights
of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants and
I conditions herein contained to be performed-by the County, it is

~ 1. Upon the execution of this Agreement, the
Grantors shall execute and deliver to the County a deed
conveying the following described rights of way in St. !
` Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The Weat 100 feet of Section 3, Township 37
South, Range 38 East.
AND j

~ _ The West 100 feet of Section 34, Township 36
~ South, Range 38 $ast.
~ ~
The West 100 feet of Section 10, Township
37 South, Range 38 East.
AND
