Range 38 $ast, lying North and ~lest of the
Glades Road.
2. The County shall within one (1) year after the
construction of the bond portion of the Carlton Road con-
struct a graded road on said ~i~t of way.
3. Prior to the construction of the new ditch de-
scribed in Paragraph 4(d), the Grantors shall execute and
deliver to the County the necessary construction easement
for that portion of said ditch not located on the road
right of way. ,
4. Upon the construction of said road, the County sball
at no cost to the Grantors do the following:
(aj Fence the following described rights of way
with 47" woven wire fence with one strand
of barbed wire on top and lightwood posts,
if available:
' The East side of right of way throuqh Sec-

38 Sast and the East side of right or way
~ .
~ through Section 34, Township 36 South,
Range 3g $ast; also the $ast side of right
of way through that portion of Section 15,
' Township 37 South, Range 38 Saat lying -
North and West of the Glades Road.
(b) Fu=nish and install four (4) gates and en-
trance culverts at locations to be deaignated
by Grantors.
(c) Clear a 12-foot strip along Grantor~' side of
all right of way fencea described in Paragraph
~ 4 ~a) .
- (d) Replace any existing ditch necessar,y to be moved
due to road construction with a new ditch of at
least equal capacity, lying East of said right
of way. '
