STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF St. Lucie
MOON LUEG, being duly sworn, deposes and says;
My name is Moon Lueg and I am one of the Granto~B named in that
certain Warranty Deed dated May 21, 1965, recorded in 0. R. Book 120,
at Page 542, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying
an undivided one-half interest in and to the following described
real property to DO H~i and TEN LEE H~i, his wife, to wit:
Begin at the Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, and run thence South 132 feet, thence West
330 feet, then~e run North 132 feet, thence run
East 330 feet to the point of beginuing, containing
1 acre more or less. Less right of way and easements
for roads and public utilities,
AND ALSO Th~ East 1~2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
the SE 1~4 of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, excepting therefrom the North 132 feet thereof,
also known as Lots 1 through Y6, inclusive of Rollins
Heights, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10,
at page 30, of the public reao rds of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Excepting all rights of way for p~~~c roads,
