svbject to a certain mortgage covering said lot given by grantor to The
Squita~le Life Assurance 3ociety of the United States under date August 17,
1965, to secure the principal sum of $17,000.00 and interest thereon, as
recorded in Official Record Book 125, at page 28, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon which mortgage there now remains owing
the sum of $16,116.01 on account of principal and accrved interest, and
which mortgage indebtedness the said qrantee hereby assumes and agrees to
