THIS DEED MADE AND ENTERED INTO June 17, 1968 between St. Lucie
County Bank, the duly constituted and appointed Administrator, DBN CTA

of the estate of CLAUDE A. HUGGINS, deceased, late of said county as
the party of the first part and Louis J. Lafferty and Marie~A. Lafferty,

his wife,~of said county, as party of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That on June 17, 1968, upon the petition of the party
of the first part, the Honorable Jack L. Rogers, County Judge in a~d for
said county, granted to the party of the first part leave to sell the
lands of said CLAUDE A. HUGGINS, deceased, to the parties of the second
part for the purpose of paying debts of the estate.
~ Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and in f,~rther

consideration of the sun of $6,750.00 purchase money paid at and before
~ the sealing and delivering of this deed, receipt of which is hereby ack-
