EXECUTRLX'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into this ~_day of
TlUNE' , 1968 between IRIS E. PRIEST, the duly constituted and
appointed Fs~cecutrix of the estate of Claudie A. Priest, a/k/a C. A. Priest,
deceased, lat~~ef St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called party of the
first part, and IRIS E. PRIEST, whose mailing address is: 901 South 33rd
Street, Fort Fierce, St. Lucie Courny, Florida, hereinafter called garty of
the second part; W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, on the ~day of ~~/A/~ 1968, upon the
Petition of the party of the first part, the Honorable Jack L. Rogers, County
Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida, ernered an Order of Distribution in the
estate of said deceased directing first party to make distribution in said estate
by transferring all assets of said estate unto herself as sole beneficiary under
the Will of said deceased.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the aforesaid Order, in consideration
thereof and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid to first party by second party, the
receipt whereof is hereby aclrnowledged, the party of the first part has sold
