THIS WIA?RR~ANTY DEED, made the 21st day of June, 1968, by
CAffiTER B. GRIFFIN and ffi~FiINS M. GRIFFIN, his wife, hereinafter
c~ called the arantor, to RICHARD B. BELISTROM and JANS D. HELL-
~`,f~~ STROM, his wife, whose post office address is:
2406 South 19th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter
called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "qrantor" and
"graritee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the succesaors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNSSSETH: T'hat the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, I~'lorida, to
wit:
Lot 3, Block 2, ORANGE BL06SOM ESTATFS SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page
6, of the public records of St. I,ucie County, Florida.

AND the Grantor hereby covena~rts with said Grantee that the
Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
- said land;.that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of `
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1967.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has executed this Deed
