KNO~W ALL MSN by these presents that ST. LUCI$ COUNTY MOSQUITO
CONTRUL DISTRICT (formerly the St.,Lucie County Sanitary District)
does hereby release and discharge the followinq described lands
in St. Lucie County, to-wit:
The North 100 feet of the South 320 feet -
of Government Lot 4, in Section 29, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 41 $ast
from that certain agreement between RUT~i B. HOFFMAN and tlie ST.
LUCIE COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT dated January 23, 1956 and recorded
in Deed Book 210, at page 17 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
IN WITN$SS WHEREOF said District has caused this Release to
be executed in its name by its Chairman attested to by its Secre-
