wife~ personally appeared on the date below written before the
undersigned officer~ a Notary Public who is duly authorized by the
State of New York to take acknowledgments~ and after first being
duly sworn on the ~/9 day of June~ 1968~ according to law~
BURGE3S H. FIELD and MARY E. FIELD depose and say:
1. THAT they know of their own personal knowledqe that Paul
Investments, Inc. (sometimes known as Paul Investment Co.) was le-
qally dissolved as a corporation existing under the laws of Florida
on the first day of May, 1962; that they know of tneir own pCr~sv,~al
knowledge that BURGESS B. FIELD, M1~?RY E. FISLD~ and PAUL BRORSTROri
constituted all of the members of the Board of Directors of Paul
Investments, Inc. (sometimes known as Paul Investment Co.) at the
time of the aforementioned dissolution; that they know of their
own personal knowledge that they, BURGESS B. FIEI,D and 1KARY E.
FIELD~ constitute a majority of the memhers of the Board of Ti~us-
~ tees of Paul Investments~ Inc. (sometimes known as Paul Inv~stment

' Co.), a dissolved corporation; that pursuant to 3ection 608.30,

a dissolved Florida corpar ation~ at the time of its dissolution ;

and as such as the majority of the Trustees of the property of ~
such dissolved corporation~ for the benefit of the stockholders~
