2. THAT they know of their own personal knowledge that Paul
Investments~ Inc.~ is one and the same corporation that was iden-
tified as Paul Investment Co.~ the Grantee in the i~larranty Deeds
recorded in Deed Book 255, page 398 and Official Records Book 28,
page 122, public records of St. Lucie County~ Florida; that the
correct name of said corporation~ namely: Paul Inve~t.~ents~ Inc.~
should have appeared as the Grantee in said I~Tarranty Deeds; that
the varian~e in the name of the said corporation in said Warranty
Deeds was merely a clerical error. ~
3. THAT they know of their own personal knowledge that MARY
E. MALONEY~ who is named as one of the incorporators of Paul In-
vestments, Inc., a Florida corporation, is one and the same person
as l~iary E. Field~ namely: the wife of Burgess B. Field; that Mary
E. Field is sometimes known as Mary S. Kaloney.
