EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 4th day of June, 1968,
between GEORGE T. MARTIN, as executor of the estate of Wallace B.
Martin, deceased, party of the first part, and JOE R. KERN,
as Trustee, party of the second part, whose address is
c/o Jerry K. Kern, Fost Office Box 2664, Palm Beach, Florida 33480.
WITNESSE~'H::
The party of the first part pursuant to power of sale contained in the
Will of the above-named decedent and in consideration of the premises and
the sum of ~10. 00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aleins, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
` to the party of the second part, lus heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
An undivided one-half interest in and to that tract of real
property described as: -
Beginning 330 feet north of the southwest corner of Section 28,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, in the center of public road
as rnw la.id out, and run thence East 1, 327. 3 feet to the East line
of the SW4 of SW4 of said section, thence Noith 242.1 feet;
thence East 330 feet; thence North 792 feet; t~ence West 330 feet
to the Northeast carner of said SW4 of SW4 of said section; thence
North 220 feet to the corner of lot reserved for cemetery; thence
West 50 feet; thence North ?20 feet to the South line of State R,oad No. 8
(from Fort Pierce to Okeechobee) thence Easterly on South line of
said road right-of-way to the East line of NW4 of SW4 of said Section 28;
thence North 412 feet; thence West 1, 316. 8 feet to the NW corner of
the NW4 of SW; of said Secti~on 28; thence South, 2, 300, 9 feet to the
point of beginning. Subject to all rights of way, LESS AND EXCEPTING

SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage from Wallace B. Martin and
Dorothy V. Martin, his wife, to The Equitable Life Assurance Society
of the United States, as recorded in O. R. Book 128, page 288, of
