HAMILTON and INSZ HAMILTO~N, his wife, whose postoffice address is
1707 Angle R~ad~ Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, second parties:
WHSRSAS, Sugene 8. Gaillard. as Trustee, by Right of Way Deeds
dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at pages 5?1. 573
and 574, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of way
purposes only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter de-
scribed lands in said County, and
WA$RSAS, said County has not used said lands for the construc-
tion or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are
owned by Jesse W. Hamilton and Inez Hamilton, his wife, who hav~e
made written demand that said rights of vway be returned to them

by quitclaim deed under the provisions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of
Florida, Acts of 1967.

WITNESSSTH, That the said first party, pursuant to the pro-
visione of said Chapter 67-383, does hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said second parties forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party hae
in and to the following described land in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida. to-wit:
; The South 25 feet of the N~, of the N~ and the
~ North 25 feet of the S~ of the N~ and the East
~ 30 feet of the N~ of Section 5, Township 34
South, Range 39 East.
` TO ~iVE AND TO HO~,D the same together with all and singular
I t~e appurtenances thereunto belonqing or in anywise appertaining,
~ and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said firat party, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party for-
