THIS QUITCLAIM DESD, Sxecuted this ~+~h- day of June, A. D.,
1968, by ST. LUCI$ COUNTY, FLORIDA, first party, to L. W. SCOTT,
whose postoffice address is 601 S. 9th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, second party:
WH$REAS, Eugene H. Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deeda
dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at pages 571, 573
and 5'I4, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of way
purposes only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter de-
scribed lands in said County, and _
WH$RSAS, said County has not used said lands for the construc-
tion or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are
owned by L. W. Scott, who has made written demand that said rights

of way be returned to him by quitclaim deed under the provisions
of Chapter 67-383, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1967.
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, pursuant to the pro-
visions of said Chapter 67-383, does hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said second partg~ forever, all the right,

title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the following described land in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to-wit:
~ The South 25 feet of the N'~ of the S~ a~id the
~ North 25 feet of the S~ of the S~ and the East
E 30 feet of the S'~ of Section 5, Township 34 ~
South, Range 39 East.
TO ~VS AND TO HO~LD the same together with all and singular
~ the appurtenances thereunto belonginq or in anywise appertaining, _
~ and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the
~ only. proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party for-
ever.
