dated March 26, 1~28 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at pagea 571, E
573 and 574, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of
way purposes only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter
described lands in said County, and
W~REAS, said County has not used said lands for the construc-
tion or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are
owned by L. W. Scott and Jesse W. Hamilton, who have made written

demand that said rights of way be returned to them by quitclaim ~%y .
deed under the provisions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of Florida, Acts
of 1967. . f
