W. $LLINOR, a widow, her heirs, legal representatives and assigns,

For and in consideration of tihe sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration Obligora irrevocably
agree, jointly and severally, to pay Obligee the aum of $ 7, 229.38

This Agreement is given as additional consideration for that ~
