~ the State of Florida, whose address is Ft. Pierce, Florida, herein-

3~~ after referred to as the "DISTRICT", to CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a
~ m~ municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State ~f Florida,
~ W Z whose address is 315 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
~ ~ ~ referred to as "CITY";

NOW~ THEREFORE, the District does hereby grant to City the
right to construct, maintain, inspect, operate, repairy seplace,
change the size of or remove a pipeline or pipelines and appurten-
ances for the transportatian of natural gas, together with the right
~
of ingress and egress to and from the same, over, on and across the
rights of ways, canals and ditches of the District, of which the
District warrants it is t1~e owner in fee simple, all situated in
St. Lucie Caunty, Florida, and knawn, described and referred to
in the records and files of said District as canals and laterals,
more specifically described as follaws: _

i ~a) A 10-foot wide permanent easement lying west of a
~ line 30 feet west of the east right of way line of ;
Sunrise Boulevard and extending across the width of
Canal No. 9 right of way; and ~
A 40-foot wide te~o~porary easement for construction
and maintenance purposes lying East of a line 30 feet
west of the east right of way line of Sunrise Boule-
vard and extending across the width of Canal No. 9
right of way.
(b) A 10-foot s~ide penaanent easement lying west of a line
30 feet west of the east right of waq line of Sunriae
Boulevard and e~ctending across the width of Canal No.
10 right of way; and
A 40•foot wide temporary easement for construction and
maint~aance purpose lying East of a line 30 feet west
of the east right of way line of Sunrise Boulevard and
extending across the width of Canal No. 10 right of way.
(c) A 10-foot wide permanent easement lying North of and
parallel to the south right of way line of Canal No.
10 froao a point 40 feet west of the Eaat right of way
