A 25-foot wide temporary easement for construction and
maintenance purposes lying north of and para?lel to a
line 10 feet north of and parallel to the south right
of way line of Canal No. 10 fran a point 40 feet west
of the east right of way line of Sunrise Boulevard to a
point 150 feet, more or less, east of the southeasterly
right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad
as needed.
(d) A 10-foot wide permanent easement lying southeasterly
of and adj acent to the southeasterly right of way line
of the F.E.C.R.R. and extending across the width of
Five Mile ~reek right of way; and
A 40-foot wide tem~porary easement for construction and
maintenance purposes lying southeasterly of a line 10
feet southeasterly of the southeasterly right of way
line of the F.E.C.R.R. and extending across the width
of Five Mile Creek right of way.
(e) A 10-foot wide permanent easement lying southeasterly
of and ad3acent to the southeasterly right of way line
of the F.E.C.R.R. and exte~nding across the width of
Ten Mile Creek right of way; and
A 40-foot wide temporary easement for constructian ead
maintenance purposes lying southeasterly of a line 10
feet southeasterly of the southeasterlq right of way
line of the F.E.C. R.R. and extending across the width
of Ten Mile Creek right of way.
(f) A 10-foot wide permanent easement lying southeasterly
~ of and adjacent to the northwesterly right of way line
4 of State Itoad S-709 and extending across the width of
~ Canal No. 102 right of way; and

~ A 20-foot wide teu~porary easement for construction '
and maintenance purposes lying northwesterly of and
~ adjacent to the northwesterly right of way line of ~
State Road S-709 and extending acrass the width of
~ Canal No. 102 right of way; and
~ A 20-foot wide temporarq easement for constructiaa and
~ maintenance purposes lying southeasterly of a line 10
~ feet southeasterly of the northwesterly right of way
~ line of State Road S-709 and extending across the width
~ of Canal No. 102 right of way.
~ (g) A l0~foot wide pezmanent easement, as follvws: From
~ the intersection of the centerline of the F.E.C.R.R.
~ right of way and east line of Section 30, Township 35~
v South, Range 40 East, run North 215 feet, more or lesa,
~ along the East line of Section 30, T35S, &40E to the
~ point of beginning, same being a point oa the center-
~ line of Canal No. 100, thence aouth 82°-20'W to the
~ weat right of way line of Canal 100, thence north alo~ng }
