THIS INDENTURE, made this y-~day of June, A. D. 1968,

and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation of the State of ~
Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
.consideration of the Sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
siderations to him in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold,
and by these presents does grant, bargain and sell to the said party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and
right-of-way over, upon and across the following described land, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 15 feet of the East 125. 4 feet of the W 2
