the Grantee in that certain Warranty Deed from Sarah A. Rinehart,
surviving widow of Charles W. Rinehart, to J. W. Hollo~?A;?; c~At~?~l
February 12, 1943, and recorded February 19, 1943, in Deed Book 105,
page 256, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
- 2. Affiant further states that J. W. HOLLOWAY, JR., is one
and the same person as J. W. HOLLONAY, JR., who together with his aife~
GRACE B. HOLLOwAY, vrere Grantors in that certain deed to O. L. Peacock
and Mildred V. Peacock, his ~vif.e, dated June 23: 1945, and recorded
July 2, 1945, Deed Book 117, page 293, public records of St. Lucie County~
