GATES, parties of the firat part, and PBILIP C. GAT$S, party
of the second part;
WHSREAS, by said Indenture dated December 15, 1941,
C. Bernard Gates was designated Trustee of the property therein
described, and by deed dated December 15, 1941, of record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Connty,
F1.orida, in Deed Book 102, at page 289, said Clara L. Gates con-
veyed to C. Hernard Gates, as Truatee, the real estate in said ~
Indenture described and situate in said County; anc7,
WHEREAS, on December 27, 1951, the said C. Bernard
Gates died, and pursuant to the terms of said Indenture, the parties
of the first part became the S~ccessor Trustees to the said C. Berna~~
Gates, deeeased; and,
WHBREAS, Mabel Gates Crickard died on March 6, 1968,
and,
W~REAS, the said Philip C. Gates, party of the aecond
part, attained aqe thirty-five (35) years on Jane 20, 1959; and,
WHBRRAS, all of the conditions set forth in said In-

denture of Decamber 15, I941, have been fu2.fiiied, the Trust thereby
cr~ated ha• nvw tenainatad and said property deacribed in said In-
denture ot Becember 15, 1941, ia now dfatributable to said Philip C.
