subdivision was filed July 1, 1912, in Plat Book 1, page 33, in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being the same Iots or parcels of land conveyed to C. Bernard G~tes,
as Trustee, by Clara L. Gates, widaw, by deed date8 December 15. 1941,
and of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Hook 102, at page 289.
