veyea to C. Bernard Ga tes, as Trustee, the real estate in said
Indenture described and situate in said County; and,
W~REAS, on December 27, 1951, the said C. Bernard

WHERBAS. Mabel Gatea Crickard died on March.6, 1968;

second par~ attained age thirty-five (35) years on April 20, 1956; and,
~ WHBRBAS, all of the conditione set forth in said In-

~ dsnture of Daceaber 15, 1941, have been fulfilled, the Trust thereby

denture of Dacembar 15, 1941, is now di~tributable to said Charlea B.
