being the same lots or parcels of land conveyed to C. Hernard Gates,
as Trustee, by Clara L. Gates, widaw, by deed dated December 15, 1941,
and of record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 102, at page 289.
- PARCEL NO. 4 - Four-Fifths (4/5) undivided interest in
the follawinq described property situate, lying and being in St._
Lucie County, Florida; beginning at a point 670 feet north of the
Southwest corner of Government Lot No. 2, Section 15, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, on the West line of said lot; thence running
~ East 24 chains, and 80 linka, more or less, to the Weat line of the
