possessaon, situate in St. Lucie Cor~nty, St,a,te of Florid,cz, descri,bed
as follows:
All of the West 82 feet of the East 271 feet
of Lot 45,of Unit One,of Maravilla Gardens,
beinq a subdivision of part of the W~ of
Section 22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6,
Paqe 55, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This is a Purchase Money Second Mortgage and is inferior to the
First Mortgage held by Citizens Fed.eral Savinqs and Lo~n Association
of St. Lucie County, in the original amount of $4,500.00, and recorded
in O.R. Book 172, Page 1136, which mortgage the Mortgagor herein assum s
and agrees to pay. ~ ~
In the event that the Mortgagor defaults in any payment or condi-
tion stipulated in any prior mortgage for a period of sixty days, or ~
` in the event of any default in a prior mortgage so as to cause such
f prior mortgage to be accelerated and become due and payable during the ~
~ t continuance of this mortgage, then the entire sums secured by this
= mortgage shall become due and payable at the option of the mortgagee.
~ The l~tortgagor covenants and agrees to make all payments and perform
all conditions and covenants called for in any prior mortgages now in-
; cumbering the property, and in the event of default in any such paymen
or payments, conditions or stipulations, the mortgagee, without waiv-
~ ing the option to foreclose herein reserves the riqht to make such pay
~ ments or perform such conditions or stipulations, so as to maintain th
~ prior mortqages and prevent a foreclosure thereof. Any and all such
sums paid or expenses incurred on behalf of the Mortqagor, together
with interest prescribed in the note underlyinq this mortgage, shall
4 be added to the mortgage indebtedness and be secured by this mortqaqe.
