THIS INDBNTUR$, made and entered into, this lst day of July, 1968,
by and between ST. LUCI$ COUNTY BANK, a banking corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida with its principal place

and of the estate, of T'homas P. Gilmore, deceased, party of the first

Southern Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties ~ the second part,

W~t$AS, the said Thomas P. Gilmore and his wife, Irene G. Gilmore,
also known as Irene O-C Gilmore, acquired title to the hereinafter de-
scribed real property as tenants by the entirety on August 29, 1957; and
~iffit$AS, the said Thomas P. Gilmore and Irene G. Gilmore thereafter
remained husband and wife and seized and possessed of the hereinafter ;
