and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

Lot 4 of Block 15 of Sunrise $states, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 75, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the
improvements thereon; and AISO, all household furniture,
furnishings, appliances, equipment, and other tanqible ~
personal property contained in the dwelling house lo- ~
cated upon said lot, including rsverse cycle air con- !
ditioner, _ .
and also all of the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining,
subject, however, to all taxes to be assessed and levied upon said prop-
erty for 1968 and subsequent years and to said mortg~lge indebtedness,
which parties of the second part hereby assume and agree to pay.
TO 8AV$ AND TO BDLD the above described real and personal property
unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, in as
full and ample manner as the same was~possessed or enjoyed by the said
Z'homas P. Gilmore, deceased, in his lifetime.

these presents to be signed in its name by its president and its corp-
