~ Judge in and for St. Lucie~~ounty, Florida, for authority to

sel.l the estate's interest in certain real estate in said

~ county and state hereinafter described, averring it is necessary

and expedient to sell the same and also each and every juris-
dictional fact; and the prayer in a petition having appeared to
and found by said Judge to be reasonable and just and said peti-
tion tr~~ ana-the sale of the property to the best interest of
the estate, said court rendered the Order dated the 25th day of
June, 1968, directing said party of the first part to sell the

i estate's interest in said real estate at private sale, the said

s party of the first part having contracted to sell the said real
~ ~
~ estate to the said party of the second part for the sum of $10.00
~
~ cash, to be subject to the usual and ordinary cost of sale, and
~ said party of the first part having reported said contract to the
said court, and said court being fully advised in the premises,

~ f~und the price offered for said real estate and the said contract
t fair and equitable and reasonable, and the conditions of such sale

~ such as the interest of the estate, by Order rendered the 25th day

~ of June, 1968, ratified said contract of sale of the real estate

~ as hereinafter set forth.
~ NOW, T'HEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
