THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the lOth day of June
19 68 , by DONALD L. SI~PHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS `fRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Howard F. Rink and Gehevieve A Rink
his wife
whose postoffice address is 233 Patuxent Road
Laurel, Maryland
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 . and other vaiuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant. bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee; ~11 that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 32 , public Records of 5t. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
sei2ed of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the followinq conditions and restrictions s
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subjec~ to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to~restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 247
at Page 57 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 196~ ar~d subsequent years.
