of Florida, Grantors, and Florida Ga.s Transmission Company, a Dela~ware Corporation, and its suc-
cessors and assigns, Grantee; ~ -
WITNESSETH:
1~ That the Grantors, for and in consideration of Four thousand five hundred fifty dollars
and no/100 ($4550.00) to them in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the right to construct, maintain
iaspect, operate, protect, repair, replace, change the size of, or remove a pipeline or pipelines
and appurtenances, for the transporation of natural gas, oil, petroleu~ products or any other
liquids, gases or substances which can be transported through a pipeline, together with the right
of ingress and egress to and from the same for the purposes aforesaid, over, under, through and
across the following described lands, of which the Grantor warrants it is the owner in fee simple
situated in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-~it: _ •

That part of the SW-1/4 lying East of Turnpike, described as: COUNTY
Begin at S-1/4 coraer; run North 2672.98 feet to the Northeast coraer
of SFT-1/4; thenca tlest 2807.19 feet to the W-1/4 coraer; thence South

The easement herein granted shall be 30 feet in width and shall be Westerly of, parallel and con-
tiguous to that 30 foot easement granted to Houston Texas Gas and Oil Corporation ( now named
FI.ORZDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY) as described in Easement Grant dated April 14, 1959, and recorded~
in Deed Book 248, Page 187, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, making the combined ease- ~
~ent total 60 feet in width.
A~s addition te the above, Florida Gas Transmission Company shall have the tempprary use for the
i~itial construction purposes only of a 30 foot wide temporary work space Iying k'esterly ~:nd ~
~ eontiguous to the above described peYmanent easements.
~ In addition to the permanent easement and the temporary work space described herein, Florida Gas ~
Transmission Company shall have the temporary use for the initial construction purposes only of ~
ad~itional lands 15 feet in width and 100 feet {n length, running Northerly from the Picos Road, ~
an3 being parallel, adjacent and contiguous to the temporary work space described herein.
