That the Graatee shall not, vi.thout previous license in vriting by the Grantors, or their successors in office, sssign this easement or any rights thereunder, or a~r part thereof, except that all of the rights of the Grantee hereuader may be assigaed to a Trustee or Trustees vader a deed and m~rtgage as secu=ity for indebtedness of the Grantee and such rights may be further ' assigned in connection with the enforcement of any such deed of trust and mortgages; the obliga- tions hereuader of Grantee maq be performed by such Trustee or Trustees or any further assignee w~thout releasing Grantee therefram but neither such assignment, the acceptance thereof nor any performance heretmder by such Trustee or Trustees or further assignee shall obligate such Trustee or Trustees or assigaee to perform such obligation. 3. The Grantee, by the acceptance of this easement, agrees,_for.itself and its successors and assigna, that it or they will not do, or suffer to be done, in or upon said lands, or as affect- ing said lands, or the property thereon, any act Which may tesult in damage or depreciation of value to said lands, or the property thereon, or azry part thereof, unless specifically permitted by the te~s of this easement. • ~ 4. In the repair or rebuilding of the,pipelines above mentioned, the location of the pipelines shall not be changed without the written constent of the Grantors or their successors in office. f ~ 5. The right to enter over and upon adjoining or adjacent lan.ds of the Grantors as herein ~ au~horized is restricted to such entry as may be necessary, and at reasonable times and occasions, and shall in no instance interfere in any manner with the use of such adjoining or adjacent laads of the Graators, the Board of Regenta of the IIniversity System of the State of Florida, their agents, or by an institution under their supervision or control, and shall in all respect be sub- ~ect to the coavenieace, control and direction of the Grantors or their agents, except in the case of a break in the pipeline, when emergeney repair is necessary. o. The Grantee agrees to save the srantors, severally, the Bodrd of Regents of the IIniverstty ~vstem of the State of Florida, their agents, servants and employees, harmless from and idemnify ~ tnem against any loss or damage of any kind of incident to or resulting in aay way from any injury 4 ~o any person or damage to property growing out of the position or condition of the pipelines. 7. Nor~+~ lierein shall be.construed to prohibit or interfere with the Grantors' use of the ~and or property over which the easement is granted, for any purpos i o st t with_the ~ - G r a n t e e' s o e r a t i o n a n d m a i n t e n a n c e o f i t s p i p e 2 i n e s.
