of this easement, on its part to be performed, this easement and all rights thereunder shall be
null and void unless such default shall be corrected within thirty (30) days after ~mitten notice
by the Grantor.
.lo. It is understood by the parties hereto that this easement may be terminated by either party
upon giving the other party formal irritten notice of such intention to teriainate one year i~?
advance of such termination, and at such termination, the Grantee herein a.grees to ve all
pipelines or appurtenances placed on the lands described herein, and to restore s h Iands to
their condition prior to the installation of the aforesaid pipelines and appurt ances, as near
as may be.
