KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that INV_ESTORS SYNDICATE OF AMERICA,
INC. , a corporation under the laws o~ the State of Minnesota, owner of the Mort~age
hereinafter described, for a valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, doea forever discharge and release the tract of land lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lot 6, Block 5, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE SUBDNLSION UNIT
ONE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, at
Pages 1-2, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,. Florida,
from all claims and liens of and under that certain Mortgage dated the 16th day

Mortgagor, to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, as Mortgagee, recorded
in the office of the Circuit Co rk in and for said County on the 19th day of ~
September, 1960, i BOOK 168, Page 181, covering the
above described and other land.
PROVIDED, HOVITEVER, that this Partial Release shall not in any wiae affect,
impair, or diminish the validity, priority, or standing of said mortgage, or the
claims and liens thereunder, as to the remainder of the.property described in
said mortgage hereinabo~ mentioned, regardless of who may own same, or any
part thereof; and the said mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as to the
remainder of the premises conveyed in said mortgage and not herein specifically
released. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said INVESTORS SYNDICATE OF AMERICA, INC. has
~ caused its name to be subscribed and its corporate seal to be affixed by its
~ Assistant Yice President and its Assistant Secretary this 28th day of_June, 1968.
