way on both parcels, and zoning restriction$ permitting operation

The grantees herein agree to assume and pay that certain
- first mortgage between Alan S. Browne and Helen C. Browne, his
wife, and A. C. Pottorff and Martha J. Pottorff, his wife, appearing
in Official Records Book 168, ~age 695, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
~the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomscever.
