The North 15 feet of Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Block 1
and the North 15 feet of Lots 1, 3, 4, S, 6 and 7 of Block 2 of
Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Flor ida .
This deed is given to permit and obtain a 60 foot Right of
, Way for road purposes with the Section line dividing Section 23 and
26 as its center line, there already being in existence a 30 foot
Right of Way with this same Section line as centerline, as shown on
the Plat of St. Lucie Gardens recorded in Plat Boak 1, Page 35 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is conditioned on and dependent an the simultaneous
filing with St. Lucie County a deed that calls for the deeding of ~
a 15 foot strip of land across the South line of the property in ;
~ Section 23, thus; The South 15 feet of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14
and 16 of Block 3 and Lots 10, I1, 12, 13, 14 and 16 of Section 23, ;
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
This Deed shall become null and void if a r ad is not built

on this right-of-way, or substantial work on same co leted, by May `
