NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS '
-YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a suit was instituted by the above
named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants on the llth day '
of July, 1968, in the above entitled court, involving the following
described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
to-wit:

Lot 14, Block 2, BUNCH PARK, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Baok 10, page 18, of the public
records of St. I.ucie County, Florida.
T'he relief as to such property is the foreclosure of a mortgage
encumbering the above described property and the decreeing of a sale
of the property under the direction of the Court in default of pay- _
' ment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff under the mortgage,
