THIS CONVEYANCE is being made subject to a ~

Feder al Savings and Loan Association of St
Lucie County, dated May 7, 1965 and recorded in
Official Records Book 118, Page 167 of the P~blic
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; which
mortgage the party of the second part does
assume and agree to pay.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and
estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, remainder and easeme nt
thereto belonging or in anywi;se appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO H~LD the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant with the said
party of the second part that they are lawfully seized of the
said premises, that they are _free of aIl incumbrance except as
hereinabove set forth, and that they have good right and lawful
authority to sell the same; and that said parties of the first '
part doth hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will
defend the same against the lawfu2 claims of all persons whomsoever.
