TH S AGRE~MENT, made this day of June, 1968,
between INDIAN RIVSR MINERALS, INC., a Florida corporation,
BAFIAMA GEMENT COMPANY, a Liberian corporation having a registere
office in The Bahama Islands, UNITED STATES ST~sEL CORPORATION, a
~Delaware corporation, with offices in Pitts3~urgh, Pennsylvania,
MARAVILLA DEVSLOPMSNT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, with
offices at Fort Pierce, Florida, and ~ BARNSTT FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, a national banking corporation, Jaoksonvil ,
Florida,
WITNESSETH TBAT:
WI~EREAS. the BAHAMA CEMENT CO~MPANY and INDIAN RIVER
MINERALS, INC., entered into an Agreement, dated November 20,
i963, for the purchase, sale and shipment of silica sand from
Fort Pierce, Florida, to the Bahama Islands; and
WI~REAS~ THE BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
JACKSONVILLE and INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC., entered into a

! special loan agreement, in the year 1964, whereby-~-BARNETT
~
FIRST NATIONAI~ BANK OF JACKSONVILLE would receive directly from s
~
gAHAMA CLMLNT C;OMPANY, upon sales under the aforesaid Agreement
between INDIAN RIVER MINERAIS! INC., and BAFIAMA CEMENT CUMPANY,
the sum of twenty-five cents (25~) per net ton for silica sand
sold by INDIAN RIVER MINERALSs INC., to BAF~~MA CEMENT CQMPANY ;

under said Agreement; and ~

~ W~REAS~ IDiDIAN RIVER MII~RALS, INC., purchased certai ~

~ lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, from MARAVILLA DEVELOPMENT
~ CORPORATION as shown in warranty deed, dated November 8, 1963,
~ recorded in O.R. Book 74, at page 569, of the public records of
~
