INC., and BAtIAMA CEMENT COMPANY of said Contract between them,
dated November 20, 1963, for the supply of silica ~and, agree to
modify their original agreements, obligations and actions, in
consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter
set forth, as follows:

BAHAMA CSMSNT CQMPANY and BAfi~MA CEI~NT COMPANY wiZl accept ap-
proximately 200,000 net tons of silica sand during the period
beginning on the date hereof and ending September 1, 1969; ship-
ments of said sand to begin itamediately after the dat€ ^f t~is
Agreement; and INDIAN RIVER MINERAIS~ INC., and BA~i~M~ CBMENT
COMPANY will use their best efforts to deliver and accept, res-
pectively, approximately 20,000 net tons per month until the
aggregate sum of 200,000 net tons shaZl have been delivered.
2. The price of such silica sand shall be $1.07 per
net ton loaded on barge for the first 100,000 net tons and $1.09
per net ton for the second 100,000 net tons (which prices include
escalation for labor and equipment).
3. BAHAM~1 CSMENT COMPANY will pay directly shipment

invoices for 200,000 net tons of such sand as follows:

(b) 25fi per net ton to ~~A~TT FIRST

Florida 32203; and `
(c) The balance per net ton to INDIAN RIVER
_ MINSRAIS, INC.. 250 Arcade BuiZding, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450.
