INDIAN RIVSR MINERALS, INC., shall remove said silica
sand from the lands of MAItAVILLA DSVSLOpMENT CORPpRATION in ac-
cordance with Paragraphs 2(d) and (e), on page 6 of that certain
mortgage deed, dated November 8, 1963, given by iNDIAN RIVER
I"lINERAIS, INC., to MARAVILI~F1 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and recorded
in p.R. Book 74, at pages 617-623, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Flor~da, and shall comply with the provisions of
said paragraphs as to the lands heretofore mined under the pro-
visions of said mortgage deed.

will not enforce, by foreclosure or otherwise, its said mortgage
given by INDIAN RIVER MINERAI,S, INC.s nor any other liens or
claims and indebtedness against INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC., dur-
ing the perioa bec~inning on the date of this Agreement and ending
on January 1, 1970.

will immediately, after the complete execution of this Agreement
by all parties, execute and acknowledge a partial release of its
said mortgage, dated April 10, 1964, and recorded in O.R. Book
87, at pages 208-211, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, to INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC., covering all lands des- ;

cribed in that certain warranty deed, dated November 8, 1963,
from MARAVILI,A DEVSLOPM6NT CORPORATION to IND=AN RIVER MINERAIS~
INC., as recorded in O.R. Book 74, at page 569, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said partial release of
mortgage to be delivered directly to MARAVILIrA DEVEIAPMENT COR-
PORATION, c/o McCarty & Adams, Attorneys at Law, P.O. Box 4412,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. ~
