with prejudice, as to each of said Defendants.
9• INDIAN RIVSR MINERAIS, INC., shall, upon the execu-
tion~of this Agreement by a21 parties thereto, iuamediately grant,
transfer and set over to MARAVILLA DEVSLOPIKENT CORPORATION, by
good and sufficient deed, all of the lands described in that cer-
tain warranty deed, dated November 8, 1963, given by MARAVILLA
DEVEIAPMENT CORPORATION to INDIAN RIVSR MINSRAIS, INC., as re-
corded in O.R. Book 74, at page 569, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, 2ess the~fifteen (15) acres hereinabove
described as having been released.from the lien of that certain
martgage deed, dated November 8, 1963, given by INDIAN RIVER
MINERALS. INC.~ to MARAVI7,I~A DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and recorded
in O.R. Book 74, at pages 617-623, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
- 10. INDIAN RIVSR MINERAI,.S, INC., on ~r before January
1, 1970, shall pay to the UNITED STATES STEEL CORPORATION the
amount of the outstanding UNITED STATES STEEL CORPORATION promis-
sory note plus accrued but unpaid interest. If INDIAN RIVER
MINERALS, INC., does not so pay to the UNITED STATES STEEL COR-
PORATION the foregoing amount plus accrued interest, then on °

January 2, ].970, INDIAN RIVER MINERAIS, INC.s shall grant, set
over and convey to the UIJITED STATES STEEL CORPORATION, by good
and sufficient deed, in satisfaction of said indebteclness of
INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC., to the UNITED STATES STEEL CORPORA-
TION, ten (10) acres of land, more or less, of dock site propert
as outZined in red on the plan attached hereto as Schedule l, to
gether with the riqht of access from Old Dixie Highway as shown
